Payment and cancellation terms
These terms cover The Momentum Residency hosted by Boris Giller in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, January 22-29, 2027: seven nights, with up to 11 founders.
Effective November 2, 2026. All amounts are in US dollars. Dates and deadlines use Mexico City time (UTC-6).
1. Application and acceptance
Every participant applies and is accepted individually, including co-founders applying together. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve accommodation, or create a payment obligation. After a fit call, Boris confirms acceptance and your accommodation tier in writing. A place is held when the USD $500 deposit is received.
2. Package prices and payment

The deposit forms part of the package price. The remaining balance is due January 1, 2027, unless a different payment schedule is agreed in writing. For an acceptance after January 1, the full package price is due when you accept your place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both accommodation tiers include the same core program: seven nights, meals and chef service, daily training, founder sessions, protected work blocks, airport transport, daily housekeeping and laundry. Flights, travel insurance and personal purchases are not included.
3. Accommodation
There are six individual shared bunk spaces and five private king rooms. Each private king room is for one founder; kings are not shared. Private-room priority follows payment order. Final room assignment is confirmed after full payment.
4. Minimum cohort
The residency requires five accepted founders with paid deposits by January 1, 2027. If that minimum is not reached, Boris will cancel or postpone the cohort and refund all residency payments in full.
5. If you cancel
Before January 1, 2027: residency payments are refundable less a fixed USD $300 admin/processing hold. If you have paid only the USD $500 deposit, your refund is USD $200. If you have also paid your balance early, that balance is refunded in full.
On or after January 1, 2027: payments are non-refundable unless your place is filled by another founder accepted by Boris. If your place is filled, your residency payments are refunded. A replacement must complete the application and acceptance process.

6. If Boris cancels or postpones
All payments made for the residency are refunded in full. The USD $300 participant-cancellation hold does not apply. Flights, insurance and other third-party costs are not covered unless agreed in writing. Book travel with its own cancellation protection.
7. Participation
The program includes mandatory daily training, protected work blocks and founder sessions. You remain responsible for your health, travel documents, insurance, conduct and business decisions. Tell Boris before paying if you need to discuss whether the program fits your circumstances.
The residency does not provide medical care, therapy or investment advice, and does not guarantee a particular business, financial or fitness outcome.
